In so many ways, restorative yoga is the medicine for our times: juxtaposed with the over-stimulated, fast-paced, screen-bound juggling act in which we maneuver daily, this gentle physical practice of yoga postures, easy breathing, and moments of stillness can bring greater awareness, improved mobility, and deep relaxation.
By using props for support, people at any level of ability can gain access to the full benefits cultivated by prolonged periods spent resting and reflecting in restorative yoga postures. Guided breathing and attention allows students to slow and quiet their minds.

Private restorative yoga lessons are $100 per class, with discounts for packages:

Please wear comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely. Sweatpants or leggings are suitable for most lessons. Shoes are not worn in any lesson. Non-slip socks, yoga socks or grip socks are preferable.
