In Awareness Through Movement® lessons, the teacher verbally guides you through a sequence of gentle movements intended to help you develop a greater awareness of how you move. These lessons are experienced in a group setting.
Functional Integration® lessons are designed to meet your personal needs. Communicating through touch and movement in addition to words, the teacher guides you in your one-on-one process of self-discovery.
Pricing
Private Feldenkrais Functional Integration lessons are $100 per class, with discounts for packages:
Package of 5: $490.
Package of 10: $950.
New clients can purchase an introductory 3-pack for $180.
Semi-private lessons are also available. Please check the class schedule. We accept cash, credit, Venmo and Cash App and Zelle.
What to wear
Please wear comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely. Sweatpants or leggings are suitable for most lessons. Shoes are not worn in any lesson. Non-slip socks, yoga socks or grip socks are preferable.
